Amazon.com is resisting to remove illegal animal fighting materials from it's website!
Being a pet owner myself, I find it very disturbing that Amazon.com has to even think about this issue!
Below is an example of a current book that that are still selling as of 8/24/07!

Dog fighting is wrong. Selling books isn't. While you have every right to protest about the books Amazon sells - whether hundred-year-old books about dog fighting, contemporary books that are pro- or anti-abortion, or books that promote certain religious viewpoints - I think your aim is in the wrong place. Amazon isn't promoting the book as a "to-do" manual.
I have to disagree with your comments here. Just because we feel it's wrong it would be similar to book burning in Nazi Germany to ban the books from being sold. How low do you want to go?
Dogfighting is illegal. These books, magazines and DVDs are NOT historical or well thought out debates on the issues - they glorify and show how to torture and kill dogs by fighting them. They are very much a "to-do" manual. It is no different than selling materials on how to molest children and hiding under free speech to do so.
